They do great work resurfacing heads and valves, however its best to double check them before installing. Ive had a head come back with a few shavings from resurfacing and another with loose oil gallery plugs and missing valve stem seals but aside from that they all hold good pressure up to spec

This place is absolutely terrible. I bought 2 cylinder heads both of which were completely painted. They said to make them look more uniform. Yes because paint covered carbon is uniform. One of the heads had welds around the bolt holes where 706 LS heads are known to crack. I understand this is a way to repair it but the fact that it also had a poorly executed time sert in the spark plug hole makes me believe everything else was done poorly. They did offer to swap it out. Which I admit I said I was going to try to use them anyways but that's because these repairs if done right are perfectly exceptable repairs. To add to it I live in the middle of nowhere with a disabled veteran father which I can't take to his appointments without transportation. I've tried contacting them since and nothing. I even asked other questions which they completely ignored. You guys are a disgrace to the automotive industry. I can't even get to the grocery store. Which is a 30min drive away at highway speeds. Thank you for the garbage. Even though I know it won't do anything I am still going to file with the better business bureau.

I would give zero stars if I could. They knowing sold me a cracked head. Finally got the engine installed. Took it out for a 1 mile lap and got multiple misfire in cylinder 4. Took out the ignition coils and #4 is full of radiator fluid. Soaked it all up and found that they tried coating the crack with an adhesive.

Bought a remanned set of cylinder heads for a 3vze, the exhaust manifold stud hole threads stripped out on 2 of the holes. As well as one of the cams for the heads had terrible pitting. For the prices they charge I figured they would do better.

Mechanic shop wanted $7,200 to replace it with a used engine. I do all mechanic work myself so I knew it would be better to just change the head. Did it myself and purchased from Allied. It has been over a month now and so far it has been great. Their refurbish seems top notch.
